Challenge 
The client’s Anilox roll had lost significant volume capacity and cell depth over time. Before
cleaning, the measured volume had dropped to 2.78 cm³/m², and cell depth was only 10.8 μm,
resulting in poor ink transfer and inconsistent coverage.

Solution
On 8 November 2025, our team performed a laser deep cleaning. This advanced process safely
removed embedded residues without damaging the roll surface.

Results
• Volume restored: from 2.78 cm³/m² to 8.36 cm³/m²
• Cell depth increased: from 10.8 μm to 34.9 μm
• Print quality: uniform ink coverage achieved
• Extended lifespan: improved roll performance and durability

Outcome
